JBR Solutions Product Recall Notice

JBR Solutions is conducting a recall, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, and is offering a refund of the purchase price of two models of Aduro-branded surge protectors, each called the Aduro Surge Wall Charging Tower. The surge protectors have 12 outlets, dual USB ports and are white or black in color.

The recalled surge protectors have model and SKU numbers AHR-318 (SKU SRG-WT12O2U) or SS-Q1202 (SKU SRG-WT12O2UNV) printed on a label on the rear of the surge protector. Some of these models were incorrectly wired by the manufacturer, resulting in reverse polarization, and some exhibit poor soldering. These issues could pose a shock or fire hazard.

These surge protectors were sold online at www.walmart.com, www.woot.com, www.amazon.com, www.aduroproducts.com, and www.groupon.com from January 2020 through August 2022.

To see if you qualify for a refund, first check to be sure that your product has the model and SKU numbers that are set forth above.

If the numbers on your surge protector match those above, you will then need to send to productrecall@jbrsol.com either (a) a copy (or photo) of your receipt or (b) the address to which the surge protector was shipped when purchased and, if known, the month and year of the purchase or the website on which purchase was made.

When submitting this information, please provide the name and address of the person to whom the refund should be sent.

Thank you for your cooperation. You may visit www.aduroproducts.com/ProductRecall or call JBR Solutions toll-free at 877-522-3876 with any questions.
